In 2001, I graduated from College of Idaho with a BA in Psychology. In 2004, I earned a MS in Counseling & Human Services at University of Idaho. I have served others in the capacity of counselor in various environments including addiction treatment centers and University settings. Authenticity forms a strong foundation that facilitates clients’ exploration of their challenges and fosters meaningful change. I am currently working towards certification in EMDR which I have found to be an incredibly effective tool in treating emotional distress.
